Refund Policy

Customers shall pay a Non-Refundable Service Fee included in the total fare for using the Services through the Application and/or Sites. Wahyd Logistics does not offer refunds. Payment for the Service is required before delivery. Non-payment may result in restricted access to the Services.

Wahyd Logistics applies a cancellation fee for all cancellations to compensate for the scheduling and resource allocation prepared in anticipation of the service. The cancellation fee helps cover the potential loss of business and operational adjustments necessary when a scheduled service is not utilized.

The specific fee amount depends on the timing of the cancellation relative to the scheduled service time. Early cancellations, made well in advance of the pickup time, may incur a smaller fee, while last-minute cancellations result in a higher fee going up to 100% of the fees.

We encourage our clients to review their booking details thoroughly before confirmation to ensure accuracy. This policy helps us maintain high service standards and operational efficiency, as cancellations and changes can disrupt logistics planning and resource allocation.
